A man was taken to hospital with a gunshot wound after he was shot near Dundas and Wellington streets on Tuesday.
“Tampering with and/or causing mischief to railway equipment could have tragic consequences,” police warned.
Thanh Dat Mai, 42, remains in custody, police said.
