Cyclists returned to the track at the Forest City Velodrome in London on Friday as it opened for the first time since it was shut down Jan. 21 when a thief stole copper wires supplying power to the building. "We normally aren't open for riders on a Friday afternoon, but people are coming in the middle of the afternoon, to celebrate getting back on track – literally," said club president Craig Linton, who thanked supporters who contributed $10,000 to a gofundme account to pay for the repairs.
